Dr. William A. Taylor, Jr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and he moved to New York at age 7. He graduated from Hampton Institute now known as Hampton University in Virginia in 1979. Dr. Taylor taught High School in Newport News, Virginia for several years before going to Dental School. He attended Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and graduated in 1989. Dr. Taylor did an advanced General Dentistry residency at Howard University 1989-1990. In addition to private practice, he does Nursing Home and Homebound Dentistry in Washington D.C. and Maryland. He has raised two children in Howard County, Maryland and they attended Howard County Public Schools. Dr. Taylor spent many years giving back to the community through coaching and mentoring young athletes. He coached the Columbia Hawks, Baltimore Cougars, and many teams under Howard County Recreation and Parks. Dr. Taylor brings his business perspective to the Dream Team, and he looks forward to helping the organization grow and serve the community.
