Roger Shaw has been employed by Baltimore City Public Schools for the past 35 years; currently serving as an Instructional Leadership Executive Director. He has worked with youth as an English Language Arts teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Roger’s passion is his work with re-engaging over-aged students with academic instruction and life-supports through Baltimore City Public School’s Re-engagement Center.
