Anthony Bell is a lifelong Howard County resident. He graduated from Wilde lake high, then obtained his bachelors degree from Coppin State University, and his Master's degree from McDaniel college. He has been a community activist for over the past 30 years. Anthony has been a coach, teacher and mentor for over 10,000 youth in Howard county throughout his educational career. He is also the cofounder of one of the nation's first equity nonprofit Equity4hc located in Howard County.
